Let’s face it, conferences are exhausting! The Relaxation Lounge offers attendees the opportunity to relax, de-stress, hydrate and just take a moment.

  • Setup will be placed either in VIP lounge or in dedicated area on one of the exhibit floors
  • Sponsor has opportunity to display a pop-up banner and distribute collateral or amenities
  • Client will have the ability to activate sponsorship and/or engage with audience in unique ways*

SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES:

  • 10′ x 10′ dedicated area assigned by NWES to set up 2 massage stations (2 masseuses and 2 massage chairs provided by sponsor)
  • Standard Listing in the Digital Event Guide
