Refund & Cancellation Policy

The following policy applies to all ticket purchases, exhibitor booth reservations, and sponsorship agreements for the Northwest Event Show (NWES).


Attendee Tickets

  • No Refunds: All attendee ticket purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual. To request a transfer, please email info@nweventshow.com with the following details:
    • Your full name and email address.
    • The full name and email address of the individual receiving the transfer.
  • All transfer requests must be submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to the event start date.

Exhibitor Booths

  • No Refunds: Payments made for exhibitor booths are non-refundable.
  • Emergency Cancellations: In the event of unforeseen and verifiable emergencies, exhibitors may contact the NWES sales team at sales@nweventshow.com. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, refunds will not be issued.

Sponsors

  • No Refunds: Payments made as part of sponsorship agreements, including funds for exhibitor booths provided within sponsorship packages, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Force Majeure Credits: In the event of cancellation or disruption due to force majeure (see below), sponsorship funds will be credited toward participation in a future Northwest Event Show or applied to comparable sponsorship opportunities, at the discretion of NWES.
  • Provided Services or Products: If sponsors are providing services, products, or other deliverables as part of their sponsorship agreement, any modifications to these deliverables due to cancellation or disruption must be negotiated directly with the NWES team.

Force Majeure

In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or disruption of the Northwest Event Show due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other emergencies, the following terms will apply:

  • Attendee Tickets, Exhibitor Booth Payments, and Sponsorship Agreements: Funds paid will not be refunded but will be credited toward participation in a future Northwest Event Show.
  • Credit Validity: Credits must be applied to the next scheduled Northwest Event Show or within twelve (12) months of the original event date, whichever is later.

Changes to this Policy

The Northwest Event Show reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued participation in the event constitutes acceptance of those changes.
