Welcome to the Northwest Event Show 2024! We’re excited to have you join us in Seattle, Washington at the Seattle Convention Center (SCC) Summit building.

To make the most of your time at the event, here are some helpful tips.

Getting to the SCC

The Northwest Event Show is set to be held at the Seattle Convention Center’s Summit building, situated at 900 Pine Street, Seattle, WA. The venue is conveniently accessible via public transportation and also offers parking garage facilities.

Parking at the Convention Center

The Seattle Convention Center offers three different parking lots, with the Summit Garage being the nearest to the event location. For detailed maps, parking fee information, accessibility options, and more, please visit the SCC Parking Information page.

Weather in Seattle

Seattle weather in April is moderately chilly, humid but cool. The average high is 57°F (14°C) and the low is 41°F (5°C). There is a chance of rain on any given day.

Dress Code

The dress code is business casual.

Coat Check

An unattended coat check is accessible behind the Information Desk on the ground floor, close to the check-in area. It’s available from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Registration & Check-In

Registration and check-in for the event are situated on the main floor of the Summit building and will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on both Wednesday and Thursday. We encourage attendees to register in advance. Please be aware that only a limited number of on-site registrations will be accommodated during these times.

Information Booth

The information booth is conveniently situated on the main level, adjacent to the escalators. It serves as a resource for details about schedules, room assignments, and exhibitor booth locations. The booth will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Agenda

Both exhibit hall floors will be open from 10 AM to 4 PM on Wednesday and Thursday. Main stage sessions will take place throughout both days on the main exhibit hall floor (Level 2). Educational sessions offering CEU credits, open to all access and VIP ticket holders, will be held on Level 3. For the complete agenda, please refer to our online platform and the event app.

Floor Plan

The Northwest Event Show encompasses four floors of the Seattle Convention Center’s Summit building. This includes the main lobby and registration area, two floors dedicated to exhibit halls, and one floor for educational sessions. A comprehensive floor plan is available online. Additionally, digital kiosks featuring the floor plan will be strategically placed throughout the venue. The floor plan can also be accessed on our event platform and through the event app.

VIP Lounge

The VIP lounge is located on level 2, within the main exhibit floor. This exclusive area is accessible to VIP ticket holders and speakers.

Hospitality Lounges

Hospitality lounges are available for all attendees on both exhibit floors: find them on level 2 and in the Experiential Hall on the lower level of the Summit building.

Speaker Ready Room

The Speaker Ready Room is located in Room 320 on Level 3 and will be staffed by a volunteer. It is open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on both Wednesday and Thursday.

First Aid

First aid stations are located on Level 2 within the main exhibit floor, and also in the Experiential Hall on the lower exhibit floor. These stations will be staffed from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Lost and Found

For lost and found inquiries or to turn in found items, please visit the Information Desk in the lobby on Level 1. Please note that the Northwest Event Show is not responsible for lost items.

Wheelchair or Electric Scooter Rental

Please be aware that SCC wheelchairs are reserved exclusively for use during medical emergencies. For wheelchair or scooter rentals, local options are available. For more details, refer to the SCC Accessibility Information document.
