Welcome to the Northwest Event Show 2025! We’re excited to have you join us in Seattle, Washington at the Seattle Convention Center (SCC) Arch building.

To make the most of your time at the event, here are some helpful tips.

Getting to the SCC

The Northwest Event Show is set to be held at the Seattle Convention Center’s Arch building, situated at 800 Pike Street, Seattle, WA. The venue is conveniently accessible via public transportation and also offers parking garage facilities.

Parking at the Convention Center

The Seattle Convention Center offers three different parking lots, with the Arch Garage being the nearest to the event location. For detailed maps, parking fee information, accessibility options, and more, please visit the SCC Parking Information page.

Weather in Seattle

Seattle weather in late March is moderately chilly, humid but cool. The average high is 57°F (14°C) and the low is 41°F (5°C). There is a chance of rain on any given day.

Dress Code

The dress code is business casual.

Coat Check

An unattended coat check is accessible on the exhibit hall floor, to the left of the main entrance doors. It’s available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Registration & Check-In

Registration and check-in for the event are situated on the Skybridge at the Arch building and will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on both Wednesday and Thursday. We encourage attendees to register in advance. Please be aware that only a limited number of on-site registrations will be accommodated during these times.

Information Booth

The information booth is conveniently situated on the main exhibit floor, just inside the doors and to the right. It serves as a resource for details about schedules, room assignments, and exhibitor booth locations. The booth will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Agenda

The exhibit floor will be open from 10 AM to 4 PM on Wednesday and Thursday. Main stage  sessions will take place throughout both days in the Main Stage room (4C-3 &4C-4). Educational sessions offering CEU credits, open to all access and VIP ticket holders, will be held in breakout room 4C-2. Floor Plan

This year, everything you love about the Northwest Event Show will happen on Level Four of the Arch building at the Seattle Convention Center—all in one place for your convenience.

Explore the exhibits, attend educational sessions, and connect with peers, all on the same floor. Need directions? A comprehensive floor plan is available on our website, on our event platform, and through the event app.

Wheelchair or Electric Scooter Rental

Please be aware that SCC wheelchairs are reserved exclusively for use during medical emergencies. For wheelchair or scooter rentals, local options are available. For more details, refer to the SCC Accessibility Information document.

Hospitality Lounges

Hospitality lounges are available for all attendees on the exhibit floor. Review the map to find the lounges.

Speaker Ready Room

The Speaker Ready Room is located in Room 401, next to the Main Stage room and will be staffed by a volunteer. It is open from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM on both Wednesday and Thursday.

First Aid

The First Aid Station is located on Level 4 within the main exhibit floor, near the North Service Corridor. You’ll find it clearly marked on the floor plan for easy access. Staffed from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on both Wednesday and Thursday, the station is here to assist with any medical needs during the event.

Lost and Found

For lost and found inquiries or to turn in found items, please visit the Information Desk on the exhibit floor located on Level 4. Please note that the Northwest Event Show is not responsible for lost items.
