Escape to the Cascades — North Bend

Best for: Corporate teams, leadership retreats, nonprofits, associations

Your clients want something that doesn’t feel like another conference room. This is it.

Head to North Bend with Compass Team Building for outdoor scavenger hunts, activity circuits, and fresh mountain air. Then cap it with a “Brews & Bites” open house at South Fork.

South Fork is a sprawling Northwest mountain restaurant that seats 2,000 for events and 250 for private dining. You’ll leave knowing exactly what to say when a client asks for a team offsite that people actually remember.

10am – 1pm | No capacity cap

Woodinville Wine Tour

woodinville wine country – woodinville

Best for: Corporate hospitality, nonprofit galas, association events, incentive groups

Your clients want a polished, memorable experience with logistics they don’t have to think about. This is the one to show them.

Butler Seattle handles luxury transportation between Woodinville’s most sought-after wineries. Two groups. 14 guests each. You ride along, see the route, meet the contacts, and walk away with a ready-to-book experience for up to 28 guests.

10am – 4pm | 28 guests max (two groups of 14)

FLEE Escape

virtual reality escape – redmond

Best for: Tech-forward corporate clients, team building, off-sites with a twist

You have clients who’ve done ‘every’ team building activity on the list. This might be the one they haven’t tried yet.

FLEE Escape Room in Redmond puts your group inside VR escape rooms and arcade-style games — competitive, collaborative, and unexpected. Walk through it yourself so you can sell it with confidence. Up to 100 guests.

1pm – 4pm | 100 guests max

FRS Clipper Whale Watching

whale watching on puget sound – seattle

Best for: Large corporate groups, unique venue seekers, incentive travel, associations
Your clients ask for “something unique on the water.” Here’s your answer.

Board the brand-new Emerald Clipper with Clipper Vacations and spend an hour on Puget Sound watching for orcas and humpbacks in the harbor. It holds 120 guests. That’s just big enough for a full corporate buyout.

You’ll see the vessel, meet the team, and know exactly what to promise when you pitch it.

Departs 1pm | 120 guests max
