Training: Attendance at a mandatory training session is required.
Onsite: Arrive 30 minutes before your shift and check in at the volunteer hub.

Deliver outstanding guest service by being pleasant, approachable, and proactive.
Commit to your assigned shift(s) and attend the mandatory training session.
Wear the official NWES volunteer t-shirt with a business casual outfit for a professional appearance.
Potentially stand for extended periods and remain engaged throughout your shift.
Follow all event policies and work collaboratively with the event team to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

How do I sign up for the Volunteer Program?

Simply complete the application form above. Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation email asking you to confirm your shift.

Can I choose my shift?

Yes, you can select your availability when signing up, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference. Once assigned, we will ask you to confirm your shift. If you confirm, we expect you to fulfill your commitment.

Can I choose my volunteer role at NWES?

Yes, you can select your top three preferred roles/positions, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. However, please note that we cannot guarantee placement in your preferred role. Once assigned, you will be asked to confirm your role, and if you confirm, we expect you to honor your commitment.

What do I receive for my time Volunteering?

As a token of our appreciation, volunteers will receive an official NWES volunteer t-shirt to be worn during their shift and an All Access ticket, which provides entry to the trade show and educational sessions. Volunteers also have the option to upgrade to the welcome party or VIP experience.
