The Northwest Event Show is all about experiences, connections, and innovation – and we’re celebrating the exhibitors who bring it all to life!

For the first time ever, NWES attendees will have the chance to vote for the most standout exhibitors in five exciting categories. It’s your opportunity to recognize the best bites, the best vibes, and the game-changing innovations that make NWES an unforgettable experience.

And for our exhibitors—this is your chance to shine, rally your fans, and walk away with a Best of NWES Award!

This is just the beginning – we’re launching this awards program in 2025 and expanding it next year with even more categories, new ways to engage, and bigger opportunities to celebrate the industry’s best.

🏅 Best Bite – For the tastiest food sample at NWES.


🥂 Best Sip – Honoring the most refreshing or unique drink sample.


🎪 Best of Show (Attendee’s Choice) – The crowd-favorite booth that stole the show.


✨ Best Vibe – For the exhibitor that created the most engaging, exciting, and memorable experience. This award recognizes the feeling attendees have when they visit, shaped by staff interactions, engagement, and overall presence.


🚀 Future of Events Award – Celebrating exhibitors who are pushing the industry forward through innovation, sustainability, inclusivity, or technology.

How it Works

Attendee Voting

  • Voting takes place both days of NWES:
    • Day 1 (Wednesday, March 26): Open all day
    • Day 2 (Thursday, March 27): Open until noon
  • All votes must be submitted by 12:00 PM on March 27.

Awards Ceremony

  • Winners will be announced LIVE at NWES during the awards ceremony.
  • Where: Interact & Innovate Stage (main show floor)
  • When: Thursday, March 27, 2025 | 3:00 – 3:30 PM
