Monday, April 1, 2024

  • Flex Hall – Draping & Booth Layout: 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • Flex Hall – Sponsor Early Access: 4:00PM – 8:00PM
  • Exhibit Hall – Draping & Booth Layout: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Exhibit Hall –  Vehicle Early Access: 6:00PM – 9:00PM

Tuesday, April 2, 2024 

  • Flex Hall –  Exhibitor Move-In: 8:00AM – 8:00PM
  • Exhibit Hall – Move-In (non-vehicle): 8:00AM – 8:00PM

*General exhibitor move-in through SCC Summit Loading Dock (by appointment only) or hand-carried freight.

Wednesday, April 3, 2024

  • Show floor open 9:.30am – 4pm
  • NO Move-In on this date. We will allow you to bring in small floral arrangements, food, or other small, last-minute hand carry items from 7-8AM in the morning. No exceptions.

Thursday, April 4, 2024

  • Exhibitor Move-Out: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM* 

*The Northwest Event Show move-out begins at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2024. Exhibitors who tear down their booth prior to that time will be fined $750. Carts will not be available until your booth is entirely torn down. All exhibitors must be completely torn down and out of the convention center by 8:00PM. Exhibitors are responsible for taking all trash to the appropriate receptacles at the loading dock. Northwest Event Show and Butler Events are not responsible for any vendor materials left in the booth.

Vehicle Requirements for Exhibit Hall

  1. Fuel in tanks is limited to a maximum of ¼ tank or five gallons, whichever is less.
  2. Diesel fuel tanks are limited to a maximum of ¼ tank. 
  3. Vehicles with no or non-functioning fuel gauges will not be allowed in public assembly areas without prior approval by the Fire Marshal. 
  4. Battery cables must be disconnected, with the cable ends taped over to prevent sparking. 
  5. Display vehicles with equipment to be operated must be connected to facility shore power provided by Edlen Electrical. 
  6. Fuel tank fill caps must be either lockable or taped shut. 
  7. Interior latch release, if so equipped, must be disabled. 
  8. Vehicles may not be moved during event hours. 
  9. Electric vehicles are exempted from these requirements. Hybrids with liquid fuel must comply as above.
