We collaborate closely with our exhibitors, encouraging them to join our cause by signing a sustainability pledge. Beyond our event boundaries, we champion sustainability and climate action among our attendees, intertwining these vital principles within our educational modules. Our exhibitors are asked to pledge to actively reduce their show footprint by committing to at least five impactful action items. This pledge addresses vital areas such as energy conservation, eco-conscious booth designs & graphics, sustainable shipping & packaging practices, responsible waste management, green marketing materials, and mindful food & beverage choices.
