SEATTLE CONVENTION CENTER – Arch
The Arch building at the Seattle Convention Center is a timeless, iconic venue that has been a cornerstone of Seattle’s event scene for decades. With its expansive event spaces, state-of-the-art amenities, and prime downtown location, it remains a premier destination for conventions, trade shows, and exhibitions.
We’re excited to bring the Northwest Event Show back to this classic and dynamic venue, showcasing the best of the meetings & events industry in a space that truly embodies the spirit of Seattle.
Event Space
The Arch offers an impressive 400,000 square feet of exhibit and event space, accommodating a diverse range of setups. This includes areas specifically suited for large exhibits, immersive attractions, and dynamic installations. The Northwest Event Show will leverage this space to highlight engaging, hands-on exhibits, allowing exhibitors to present their products and services in a visually striking and interactive way. With ample loading bays and seamless logistics, the Arch ensures a smooth experience for vendors bringing their standout displays to the event. Its central location provides convenient access for guests staying at nearby hotels.
Meeting Space
The Arch’s meeting spaces include 100,000 square feet of versatile rooms, ranging from intimate breakout spaces to larger rooms perfect for speaking engagements and educational sessions. Configurable to host a variety of activities, including workshops, smaller meetups, and three distinct education tracks, the spaces offer ample opportunities to earn CEUs. Attendees will engage, learn, and network in comfortable, well-equipped settings throughout the venue.
Sustainability
The Summit is LEED Platinum Certified at a minimum—but that’s just for starters. For famously green Seattle, this premier event space is a showcase of all its values. Solar panels cover the roof, reducing energy usage by 30%. Ceiling tiles throughout the building are made from sustainable materials. Reclaimed wood hangs in the sprawling ballroom. Plus, two on-site dehydrators can take any unused food from the massive events that will be hosted here and reduce its volume and weight by 90%, before turning it into fertilizer and continuing its lifecycle.
The construction project achieved Salmon-Safe certification. This is a peer-reviewed program that certifies and monitors projects to improve their benefits to the environment, particularly around restoring urban watersheds. Many materials, such as carpet and fabrics, have high levels of recycled or post-consumer materials; paints and other coatings are low VOC.
