The Northwest Event Show is the B&E Event Resource Guide come to life. The B&E Resource Guides have been the Puget Sound area event planner's go–to resource since 1993. The Northwest Event Show has been introducing planners and vendors, letting them meet face to face, since 1995. Since that first reception at the Paramount Theater, the NWES has grown to over 80,000 square feet of exhibit space and 150+ booths representing over 200 companies all offering their venues, products and services to YOU....the Seattle area event planner.

The show is intended for the event planning and hospitality industries and is not open to the general public. Attendees and exhibitors must wear name badges, so you can discuss business confidently. You'll know you're talking to someone who wants your business.

Attendees who register by the end of the business day on September 1, 2017 will receive a voucher good for 2 hours of parking at one of the two Convention Center parking lots. A $12 value!! Pick up your parking voucher as you leave the show.

On-Site Registration

If you're not able to register ahead of time, bring two business cards to the on site registration counter. One card will be used as your check-in document and the other will serve as your name badge.
