To make the day as successful as possible, we’ve compiled a list of our most commonly asked questions so you can best prepare for an exciting and action-packed day at the Northwest Event Show!
What is the Northwest Event Show?
Since 1994, the NWES has been bringing our industry together. Over time, the Northwest Event Show has become the best and largest networking and educational event for event professionals in the Pacific Northwest. With 125+ exhibitors and the best minds in the industry attending, you don’t want to miss it!
What are the show days and hours?
The show will take place Tuesday, March 1st, 2022, at the Bell Harbor International Convention Center.

9:00 AM – Registration Opens for VIP & Advance Admission / (11:00 am General Admission)
9:00 AM – Morning Welcome Reception (VIP & Advanced Admission)
10:00 AM – Opening Education Session (VIP & Advanced Advanced)
11:00 AM – Expo floor opens
3:00 PM – Closing Education Session (VIP & Advanced Admission)
4:00 PM – Expo Floor Closes
5:00 – 7:30 PM – Post-Show Reception at The Edgewater Hotel
How do I register?

What are the differences between the ticket types?
A general admission ticket is for a full day of face-to-face connection and gives you access to All exhibits located throughout the facility on March 1, 2022 / 11 AM-4 PM. You can get your general admission tickets here.
Advanced admission tickets include a full day of face-to-face connection. In addition, it gives you access to All exhibits located throughout the facility, plus access to our unique educational programming and morning reception. Purchase advanced admission tickets here.
VIP entry gives you ALL access to the Northwest Event Show! You’ll be able to attend the morning reception, educational sessions, all exhibits throughout the facility, and the post-show reception at the Edgewater! And if that isn’t enough, you’ll also have a $10 donation made to provide funds to plant ten trees! Get VIP admission here.
Re-connect, re-kindle relocation ships and make new ones along the way at the post-show reception. Our Post-Reception is open to all registered attendees who purchased a ticket for NWES. All attendees must be aged 21 and over. The reception will take place at the Edgewater and includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, two drink tickets, discounted valet parking, and music provided by 206 Events! There is limited capacity, so be sure to get tickets now.
Can’t make it to the in-person show? While we wish we could see you in person, you don’t have to miss out! This ticket allows you access to live and on-demand educational sessions, plus our virtual expo hall with 125+ exhibitors! Get digital tickets here.
Ticket Add-On – Zero Carbon Footprint
This year the NWES is going carbon neutral. As an attendee, you have the unique option to make a difference and offset your carbon footprint. With this add-on, you’ll purchase 10 Trees to offset your carbon footprint. Make a $10 donation that will provide the funds to plant ten trees. You donate. We handle the rest and the planet benefits!
What should I bring?
Please bring a lanyard for your badge to help us reduce our carbon impact. We will have lanyards on-site if you forget! Additionally, bring a refillable water bottle to cut down on single-use plastics. You’ll want to wear comfortable shoes since you’ll be on your feet all day! Please also bring your vaccination card and mask to keep our attendees safe!

Will the sessions be available on-demand post-show?
Yes, all of our sessions will be available on-demand after the show. For access to our morning and afternoon educational sessions, head to the Pathable app. You can download it here.
What are your health and safety policies?
The Northwest Event Show will continue to follow state, county, and city protocols to maintain health and safety while gathering in person. As of March 1, 2022, proof of vaccination is no longer required. However, all attendees, exhibitors, and show personnel are required to wear masks except when eating or drinking.
We also encourage everyone to use good judgement. If you feel ill, stay at home, and please be respectful of others at all times.
How do I get to the show?
The Northwest Event Show will take place at Bell Harbor International Convention Center in downtown Seattle. The venue is easily accessible by driving, public transit, walking, or car share. You can find additional driving, parking, and show shuttle information here. However you decide to come, we can’t wait to see you!
Where can I park?
We recommend parking in the Bell Street Pier Garage. This garage is convenient and connects directly to the Bell Harbor Convention Center via the sky bridge. You can access it from both Elliott Avenue and Wall Street when driving.

Does the NWES have a dress code?
The Northwest Event Show is the premier networking and education event for event professionals in the Pacific Northwest. We suggest you keep your attire business casual, with comfortable shoes – you’ll have lots of walking to do to see all the incredible vendors! Additionally, the AC will be on, so we recommend dressing in layers or bringing a light jacket to stay comfortable!

Is there a Mother’s room?
Yes, the Mother’s room is located on the 3rd floor for easy access and is open to all registered attendees, vendors, and sponsors.
Will there be a photo booth or opportunities for headshots?
Yes! We have partnered with the amazing Snapbar, who is providing virtual headshots and a virtual photo booth! They are both already open, so if you want to update your headshot feel free to do so here! Additionally, you can head to the virtual photo booth here. So grab your phone and get ready to snap away!
Will there be food available?
Yes! We have over 20 of the best caterers in the PNW confirmed. They will have amazing snacks and light bites for you to enjoy while chatting and networking. And, of course, there will be a coffee cart. We are in Seattle, after all.
